Absolutely. For a start we re-use all of our tunnock’s wrappers! Any components we need for products, we try to source from Scotland/The UK. All wood used will always be FSC certified and paper used for cards is recycled.
All of our products are designed and handmade by us with care and love. We use high-quality materials and each piece is one-of-a-kind with thought put into every detail.
If the product allows then yes you can! Many of our products can be customised with names, colours, or special messages. contact us if you have a specific request.
If you are local then you are welcome to collect your order in person.
We package each item with care to ensure it arrives safely. We use eco-friendly materials and reliable shipping partners.
All pieces are handmade to order. It can take between 2 – 5 working days before your order is dispatched. If you need it by a specific date please contact us before ordering or leave us a note at the checkout.
Unfortunately, due to new European legislation we are not currently shipping to any country in the EU.
Shipping times vary based on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Flat rate – Postage to UK – £3.50
For orders outside of the UK please contact us before ordering to enable us to quote for shipping. Thank you!
Of course! All of our products will arrive attractively packaged ready to gift. If your order is a gift and you would like a card included and sent direct to the recipient then please let us know in the notes section at the checkout. There is no charge for this service.
